Arthritis Symptoms and Pain Relief

Arthritis Symptoms and Pain Relief

I was looking for arthritis symptoms online, and couldn't find anything that fit my situation, so I did my own research. I figured others might have the same problem, so I created this blog. I don't have a lot of time to work on it, so please feel free to post your own information.

I have no axe to grind here. I will not offer medical advice or treatment. This blog is for all to freely exchange ideas and anecdotal information. I would like to learn from other arthritis sufferers.

My doctor says I have arthritis in my neck, and it can be painful, especially on a cold morning, when I feel stiff and sore. I have found the best arthritis pain relief that works for me is running hot water over it in the shower, first thing in the morning. I just stand there, and the pain melts away, and the stiffness relaxes.

For the soreness, I don't even like to take aspirin!
I don't want to take pills, but that's just me.
I'm not a pill kind of guy.

I find that a chamomile or spearmint tea seems to soothe me and the pain is lessened. If things get really bad, I take non-prescription ibuprofen, but that's a last resort.

  2. Have you tried BioGIF yet - an amazing natural supplement that really works. It focuses on attacking the bad bacteria in your stomach so your body releases fewer toxins, which seem to collect in your joints, thus causing pain. This is a revolutionary new way of thinking and really focuses in on the cause of the pain, rather than just covering it up. Check it out at www.biogif.com - they are offering a free trial at the moment, but it won't last long - might already be gone.

  3. I do aqua therapy twice a week and yoga lesson once a week. Stretching really helps if gentle. First couple of times it's not pleasant but after a while it's so much better, the effect of the stretching actually stays for a few days. Keep up the good work. Wet heat the best.
